Here is my deck idea for a budget "8-Pride" deck in modern! Let me know what you think! :)

Skycat Sovereign and Pride of the Clouds are your big beaters, while Favorable Winds will help pump up your entire board. Judge's Familiar and Mausoleum Wanderer will protect your threats. Dovin, Grand Arbiter will provide powerful card advantage if left unchecked. Vesperlark can grab back any of your elemental cats, as well as your one-drop protection creatures.

In the Sideboard, Hushbringer can stop decks that heavily rely upon ETB triggers. Ojutai's Command gives you the ability to control your opponent’s creature spells, and at the same time bringing back your copies of Skycat Sovereign and Pride of the Clouds, or even a Judge's Familiar. Use Hanged Executioner for more removal, and Wingmate Roc for life gain against grindier matchups. Remorseful Cleric is synergistic graveyard hate.
