Infinite Combos:

Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter with a Sol Ring out nets you an infinite storm count, if a Mana Vault was in play instead, it would also net you infinite colorless mana, and Gilded Lotus would net infinite mana of any color. Add Burn from Within to kill a single target, Comet Storm, Grapeshot, Guttersnipe, or Chandra's emblem and you can kill the whole table, Aetherflux Resevoir also nets you infinite life. Throw in Reality Spasm for infinite untaps, Temporal Fissure to return all opponents permanents to their hands, Stroke of Genius or Baral, Chief of Compliance to draw your deck, or Mind's Desire to cast your whole deck.

If your commander is out:

Reiterate can very easily go infinite with Desperate Ritual, Pyretic Ritual, Turnabout, Reality Spasm, Snap and/or Frantic Search. Once you've got infinite mana, any of your X, buyback or storm spells are infinite outlets, and all of the X spells are legal targets for Firemind's Foresight, as well as Reiterate itself and several of the potential infinite mana engines.

Paradox Engine is very critical to the strategy if you cannot yet generate infinite mana. With the amount of cost reduction provided from the commander, mana rocks and spells that pay for themselves, this deck doesn't always need infinite combos to play off.

In the later game, or after a turn with a large storm count, you can easily recycle spells from the graveyard in a number of ways. mizzix mastery do well, but I only play them if it will win me the game on the spot because they exiles the spells afterwards, while Reiterate, Mystical Retrieval and Runic Repetition get them all back into your hand from the graveyard.

This deck is still a work in progress, but it's performing extremely well in my meta, as is. Which is great, cause it's probably gonna be a while before I can afford, or even find, a Volcanic Island or Mana Drain.
