1.2: Lightning strikes twice —April 11, 2018

Only minor updates here. I'm generally happy with where the deck is - it does one thing, and it does it very well. There are cards I would love for it, but they are pretty much all sufficiently expensive that I have no desire to acquire them. So, mostly relying on new spellslinger cards to be printed. The bigger restriction on this deck is that people tend to not love playing against storm, so I don't play this deck as often.

-Disallow - the weakest counter currently in the deck, IMO. Stifle effect is pretty situational - just countering a spell does the same thing 90% of the time, and there aren't that many triggered/activated abilities that this deck is afraid of. Grave hate, I suppose? But that is pretty niche. (still, I do like having a nice counterspell suite...)

-Charmbreaker Devils - can be good if they sit out for a long time, but being a 6 mana creature with no immediate board impact makes it a bit vulnerable. Combat stats are generally irrelevant.

+Primal Amulet  Flip - cost reducers are good, and so are copy effects. I've been pretty happy with Jace's Sanctum, so don't mind a second copy of the effect.

+Swarm Intelligence - testing. Being a 7 mana enchantment means I don't have super high expectations for it, but it is also rather absurd if it sticks (and people don't just immediately kill me, because it's a pretty obvious threat).
