Izzet burn deck!

The idea is to use Mizzix's experience counters to get make instants and sorceries cheaper to cast. Use Dragons Approach to burn the table quickly and synergize with Birgi or Storm-kiln Artist to keep casting. Wincons are either burn opponents with Dragons Approach, Storm off with Ignite the Future with multiple Dragons Approach casts, Enter the Infinite/Inner Fire/ Jaya's Immolating Blast, or Niv Mizzet, Parun/ Curiosity Combo.
