Who said you can't play Burn in Commander?

This deck's goal is to burn out the opponents with Dragon's Approach. We do that by lowering it's cost to 1 CMC with our Commander or Locket of Yesterdays, turning it into a cantrip with Niv-Mizzet, Parun or Archmage Emeritus, and going 'infinite' with Thrumming Stone or Birgi, God of Storytelling   / Storm-Kiln Artist and a cantriper.

Secondarily, we have alternate win-cons of dragons and treasures.

Storm-Kiln Artist, Brass's Bounty, Dockside Extortionist, and Galazeth Prismari give us an alternate win-con with Hellkite Tyrant. Hellkite is good for artifact removal on it's own, but can easily win with 20+ treasure tokens. The treasure also gives us some much needed ramp in , letting us hard cast dragons in the late game if needed.

The 10 dragons all attempt to help in different situations, and Dragon's Approach let's us tutor whichever one we need in the moment. Galazeth Prismari and Hellkite Tyrant give us ramp and artifact removal respectively, and an alternate win-condition. Balefire Dragon gives us a targeted board wipe. Knollspine Dragon let's us re-draw immediately after dealing some damage, potentially letting us keep up a combo. Niv-Mizzet, Parun for his cantrip ability and incidental burn. Skyline Despot because I won't ever build a Commander deck without at least one Monarch card. Steel Hellkite for general removal, which also excels at token removal. Tyrant's Familiar gives us immediate removal, as he has haste and will be able to do 7 damage to a target creature in the same turn we tutor him out. Utvara Hellkite is a win-con on it's own in this deck, as creating a 6/6 flying dragon every time we attack with a dragon can get out of hand pretty quickly.
