Alright Lionel, so the original plan was to make you Breya, but then I had a thought. You love artifacts and you have the best rules knowledge out of our playgroup. I think you'll enjoy this.

Okay so, Mishra, Artificer Prodigy is seeming useless in this format. After all, you only have one copy of each card.

However, there are certain interactions that makes his ability work.

With Mishra and Possibility Storm are both on the battlefield, you can cast an artifact which will trigger both. Resolve the Possibility Storm trigger first to exile the spell your casting and then find an artifact spell. Cast the spell you found and then return the artifact you exiled to your deck. Your Mishra trigger will resolve allowing you to recast the artifact you originally cast from your deck at no additional charge.

You can also use Mishra with the very expensive Nether Void to fetch your artifact out of the graveyard and play it for free, breaking parity. Blood Funnel has the same interaction and Planar Chaos can do it 50% of the time. Nullstone Gargoyle also does it while being an artifact.

Thada Adel, Acquisitor will let you get anyone's artifact. If you have a second copy of that artifact in your deck you can tutor it out for free.

Because Mishra's ability gives you a free shuffle everytime, there is a bunch of topdeck manipulation in the form of Scroll Rack, Sensei's Divining Top, Counterbalance, Lantern of Insight.

Okay so how does this pile of cancer stax actually win? Well, you might notice the Tendrils of Agony and Mind's Desire in the deck. Yes, this is a storm deck.

There is card draw in the form of Riddlesmith and Vedalken Archmage, and artifact cost reduction from Etherium Sculptor, Cloud Key, Helm of Awakening and Semblance Anvil as well as a Krark-Clan Ironworks. Use these in combination with your many, many eggs to play through your deck and get your storm count high enough to Tendrils off, Mind's Desire with Thassa's Oracle, or just Aetherflux Reservoir everyone to death. Additionally, you can ping everyone down one by one with Reckless Fireweaver and Disciple of the Vault.

If that seems like too much work there is also an infinite in the form of Guile and any permanent that repeatedly counters your spells for infinite storm count. There is also an Isochron Scepter and a Dramatic Reversal in there for the same reason.

Future Sight or Magus of the Future will let you play the top card of your library. With enough mana/cost reduction and Sensei's Divining Top, you can play your deck out. This also works for Bolas's Citadel although you have to pay 1 life each time (which you can offset with Aetherflux Reservoir or Zuran Orb.)

card:Elixr of Immortality will let you shuffle your graveyard back into your library if you need a loop of something.

You can use Lullmage Mentor to capitalize on your enchantments which counter to get many Merfolk.

Alright I think that's about everything. I hope you enjoy it
