TOP SECRET.

Ojutai is not simply a monk and a teacher; a keeper of knowledge. He is in charge of M.I.O. In order to gain the knowledge needed from one's enemies that they are unwilling to give up, espionage is a necessary evil. The earliest recorded espionage mission happened during the Pelopennesian War (431-404 BCE). This deck is focused on doing just that: gather information from our enemy and attack either overtly or covertly. It wants to run a Spy Network.

The prime force of attack on the enemy is air control using the Big 7: Agent Icefall (Icefall Regent), Agent Skywise (Pristine Skywise), Agent Windwaltz (Cunning Breezedancer), Agent Sunscorch (Sunscorch Regent), Agent Morph (Belltoll Dragon), Agent Ward (Wardscale Dragon) and the Mind Invader (Mindscour Dragon). If need be, the Thunderclap Wyvern is dispatched to give them aid.

The field agents of every operation are the agents who either blend in, or are able to lurk in the shadows, such as the Daring Sleuth, the Dimir Informant, Hada Spy Patrol, Stealer of Secrets, Passwall Adapt and Surveilling Sprite. Quicksmith Spy is a nod to the inventors of new gadgets used by spies. Jeskai Infiltrator represents the ones selected to go behind enemy lines. The Enclave Cryptologist is the expert needed by M.I.O to help decipher clues and facts that are not in M.I.O's specialities. Detaination is done by the Archon and Lavinia of the Tenth.

There is always a Mission Briefing. Without that, there is no target and desired goal. Spies always have a Game Plan. They are requirred to also have a Contingency Plan should all else fail. This may include a Vial of Poison. If need be, there would be cover-ups, no matter how devious. An example of this is the Bulgarian Umbrella and the Great Seal Bug. If need be, prisoners, enemy spies and suspects would be pressed for answers, whether it would be with or without torture. If information is deemed to be credible, there would be enhanced surveillance of the suspects in question, uncovering any clues. Sabotage is also not ruled out. Now and again, there may be an unexplained disappearance. Suspicions may or may not be confirmed by this. Disappearing Acts of spies were often needed: in fact, spies in MI6 are required to blend in to the point they can pull this off.

There even are techniques for psychic espionage. This is done through astral projection or aura tracing. Some techniques attempt to infiltrate the mind of the target: not quite psychic possession but getting close.

In all of these cases, Search Warrants are usually not required.

I hope you have enjoyed this deck tech!

Raven Rose.
