Whenever I build a deck, I can't help but fall into the optimization loop. It's become a vicious cycle that eventually births either something degenerate or something I lose interest in as I can't get it 'right'. I've noticed that adding restrictions to the process can help me overcome the need to slot staples into every deck I own, as "This deck needs a ..." does not apply.

So this is my latest work using Pauper EDH as a restriction. I believe that conforming to 'PDH' will help me contain the perpetual need to optimize this deck. Since I won't need to pay attention to WB Uncommons, Rares and Mythics when looking at new releases. I will be using this deck for 'regular' EDH, as no-one in my playgroup cares much for 'switching' formats. This is very much an experiment to see what it can do and how it plays.

So yeah, maybe this'll be fun?

I'm very much in unknown territory here, as my usual crutch, blue, is nowhere in sight. Nor do I have access to the staples common (heh) to White-Black decks. So my Pauper EDH aficionados, please bring in the C&C, I know that I'll need it.

I've added Custom Categories so y'all can glimpse some of the reasoning behind the included cards.

Thanks in advance!
