I HATE Blue. I hate the card draw. I hate the extra turns. I hate the counterspells. I hate how it takes FOREVER for them to pass turn. I hate the infinite combos. I hate how they don't want you to play magic at all.

...However...

Nekusar, the Mindrazer looks like alot of fun. and the only way i can get behind blue is in a mill deck. Mill decks play alot like red decks. As in play as fast as humanly possible. So here is my take on a mill deck.
