Pretty simple - ramp, trigger landfall, play big stuff and give it trample.

Some very minor synergy around +1/+1 counters and doing Forest stuff with Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth:

• Roaring Earth and Evolution Sage pair nicely together. Sage can also work with other creatures that add +1/+1 counters like Hooded Hydra, Endless One, Phylath, World Sculptor, etc.
• Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth doesn't have a ton of synergy here but it ensures Oran-Rief Hydra always triggers twice on landfall and helps to ensure Howl of the Night Pack counts every land you control.
