After several months of playtesting the deck, I have made some tweaks to the list and primer.
-
More card-draw. We need constant access to answers, and our curve is so low that we can empty our hand by turn 4 or 5. Refilling and emptying, refilling and emptying our hand onto the battlefield is a component of our mid-game strategy (read the Strategy section of the primer for more info) , so Coastal Piracy joins Bident of Thassa and Reconnaissance Mission.
-
More no-max-hand-size cards Spellbook, Thought Vessel. Because of added card-dra pieces, it is not uncommon to have 10 or 20 cards in hand at a time. Due to our low mana curve, we do not want to have to triage our resources, and would prefer to just keep them all.
-
More reanimation pieces. Reanimate and Animate Dead join the reanimation portion of the deck, and will help to pull out an early powerhouse or a game-winning fattie (I'm looking at you, Preators).

wgoms, thank you for your continued interest in the deck! Yes, as soon as I get one, Maddening Cacophony will find a slot. Maybe replacing Undercity Plague, which has given a spotty performance.
Kindred Dominance and Kindred Discovery have been on my list for a time when I have excess cash - as this is a paper list, it follows paper prices *sigh.
As far as rogues from Zendikar Rising:
Nimble Trapfinder is nice, but I will never get the full party card-draw, so it's a bit underwhelming.
Glasspool Mimic Flip is in the deck to copy lord effects.
Nighthawk Scavenger is a little outside of my price range, but a very nice ability.
Thieving Skydiver is likewise a little pricey, and no one in my playgroup currently runs any artifacts aside from mana rocks, eggs, and combo pieces.
Blackbloom Rogue Flip just is too much mana.
Shadow Stinger likewise, and while deathtouch is nice, it's not unblockable.
