Modern Mill. I have added the new crabs to this deck and removed some other cards to make room for them. The multiple fetch's, Oboro, Palace in the Clouds, and Field of Ruin help to activate the crabs as much as possible. The Surgical Extraction and main board Extirpate do indeed help me get rid of most major threats early and neuter the opponent's deck. Darkness usually surprises my opponents as a last ditch life saving option.

UPDATE: Replaced Mind Funeral with Tasha's Hideous Laughter, Fraying Sanity with Drown in the Loch, Maddening Cacophony with Visions of Beyond, removed Shelldock Isle, and changed up the sideboard some.
