Metanoia is a loose concept that i thought of and i want help developing this format and spreading word. (+help with the banned list)Metanoia is similar to legacy, but every card on the reserved list is banned, along with the cards listed above.I know that many of you have thought of a format like this, but heres what sets my version apart; ~Players get one legendary creature to start in their command zone. (same as edh)~Players start at 25 life~The color(s) of your deck does not have to correspond with your commander~your deck is not singleton, so you can run 4 Flooded Strand or something like thatSo yea, this is basically legacy-reserved list+a commander+5 life=metanoia
