Main goal: Control the board with Merieke, board wipes, and counters. Transmute cards (Dimir Infiltrator and Perplex - inexpensive, albeit not-great, tutors) allow me to get board wipes, counters, mana rocks, and things to untap Merieke. The actual tutors also serve the same purpose. Just added some more draw power because my hand seemed to be empty too often (Drogskol Reaver is expensive to get out but has some beautiful draw power and sustain via life gain).

Win condition is to steal their win condition or hit them in the face in the air. This is usually played on a team (making Syphon Mind worth and what's keeping my sideboard not in the deck) and I can try to ensure my teammate's win con goes through.
