Time to go Gruul artifacts with Urza-lite, Meria! Using as many 0 drop artifacts as I possibly can to turn them all into a functional Mox Emerald. From there, we pump mana into burn spells to win.

Topdeck manipulation for Meria's impulse draw is the name of the game, coupled with wheeling to dig as deep as possible, to get out every cheap artifact we can. Ulamog and Kozilek are in the deck with the sole purpose of shuffling the yard. Not that they're difficult to hard cast here, and may as well if an opportunity presents itself as both have strong on cast effects.

This deck has a decided weakness against aggro and go wide decks, so between wheeling and top deck manipulation you should be able to be fast enough to close the game before they can overwhelm you.
