This deck centers around Vorels ability to double counters (obviously). There are cards that compliment that ability, like Doubling Season, Vorinclex, and Illusionist Bracers. In terms of creatures, it started off as Merfolk Tribal but I added a few friends. I definitely tried to keep on theme but the tribe needs a little help to be viable for +1/+1. The friends consist of "sea creatures," "forest creatures," and "humans;" save for a few cards that are just synergize way too well to be left out. What I try to do with those creatures is make them un-blockable or have trample and swing with big giant creatures. There are some cards that clone Vorel or his ability in order to take advantage of doubling more often on top of tons of ways to untap Vorel or the clones. There are a few options in this deck to pull out a win; Beefy un-blockable or trample damage, infinite turns, and Strixhaven Stadium. Every card in here is carefully crafted to synergize and do something towards the goal, adding counters, doubling counters, drawing cards, untapping permanents, destroying and countering opponents spells. This deck has gone thru a couple iterations but I believe this is the best it’s been in terms of power, speed, and capitalizing on ability. Have fun.
