I made some more changes to the deck to deal with the playgroups meta. Nothing is set in stone so we'll see how the deck fairs. Opted to add in some combo as well as additional tutor & answers.

Added:

Phyrexian Devourer + Necrotic Ooze I already have Triskelion in the deck and decided to give this combo a shot. With the amount of discard, mill, and destruction in my meta I shouldn't have a problem getting Phyrexian Devourer and Triskelion into the graveyard. Buried Alive can help immensely and set this up pretty early. For those that don't know if you have Phyrexian Devourer and Triskelion in the graveyard and Necrotic Ooze on the field you can activate the abilities of the both of them to damage out opponents without the downside of the power greater than 7 on the devourer. The key here is that is has all "Activated" abilities. Not to mention whatever is in your opponents graveyards as well.

Sidisi, Undead Vizier Another way to sacrifice with the Exploit ability. Can be helpful to assemble the combo above, pretty much a tutor on a stick.

Birds of Paradise Cheap, fixes, ramps, exp counter. This seems like an upgrade over Slippery Karst. Would rather have a Bayou but I that is awhile off.

Riftsweeper Didn't even know this existed. This is a major upgrade for the deck given how much hate my graveyard and field has been getting.

Reclamation Sage I already have Caustic Caterpillar and Viridian Zealot so this may be overkill. Will judge this choice over time and evaluate of I could use this slot for another land instead.

Removed:

Exploration It just wasn't making enough of a difference outside of having it in my opening hand. I play in a very targeted removal heavy meta. Phyrexian Arena and Harvester of Souls don't sit on the board long enough to benefit from the potential extra draw.

Viridian Emissary with no ETB effect, people were happy to let the damage go through. Ashnod's Altar a frequently destroyed target kills one of my best means of getting him in the graveyard. Overall just to slow. Opting for more combo/ETB effects.

Lotleth Troll Haven't found myself needing him. My hand is often discarded for me by my opponents. Replaced with another 2 CMC drop that provided more of an answer.

Slippery Karst Slow land is slow. Not sure what I could put in place. Opted for a birds to provide fixing and it's an easy target for and XP counter.

Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord I may put him back in. But in most of my games my graveyard was exiled at one point or another. He never got to big, the cost to sacrifice a creature, while great with a beefy Thief of Blood required to much set up. Opted instead for a combo piece in the 4 drop spot.

Sheoldred, Whispering One Probably the hardest change to make. You may ask why, some say "you play black you play Sheoldred!" But I never had her on the board for even one go around. 100% of the time someone cleared her off the board. At that point sheoldred becomes a "7cmc-draw out an exile". Too expensive if you ask me. There are plenty of other targets in my deck that could draw hate. At least I would then be able to play something else on that turn 7+ with lower cost alternatives. On the flip side, having my playgroup know she's in there could make them hold onto that one spell to deal with her. But overall I feel like this was the right move given the direction I am taking the deck.
