Meren is a very popular commander and this deck does what you'd expect from Meren. Cheat stuff into play from your graveyard, take advantage of creatures that generate value bringing them into play over and over again, draining your opponents' life, and the occasional infinite combo (Grave Titan, Ashnod's Altar, and Nim Deathmantle or Mikaeus+Triskelion). If you build this deck, your opponents will hate you and you will love it.
