This deck is a mostly combo-based Meren deck but can also close out the game with big creatures.
There are two main combo lines:

Line 1

Zulaport Cutthroat + Putrid Goblin + Melira, Sylvok Outcast
This line is preferable as all can three pieces are creatures and can be returned with Meren, and all three can be fetched at once with Protean Hulk. If you have Protean Hulk and a way to kill it, first get Viscera Seer/Carrion Feeder for a sac outlet and Phyrexian Delver/Junji, the Midnight Sky to bring back Protean Hulk. Then get the three combo pieces and sac Putrid Goblin infinitely for the win.

Line 2

Zulaport Cutthroat + Liliana, Untouched By Death (last loyalty ability) + Shambling Ghast
This line works too but planeswalkers are harder to fetch. If you have Zulaport Cutthroat and Shambling Ghast you can tutor Liliana, Untouched By Death with Grim Tutor or return her from the graveyard with Acolyte of Affliction or Confront the Past (fetched with Eyetwitch)

Shut down opponent interaction with Mindslicer or Dosan the Falling Leaf before comboing off.
