The Merciless Rage Commander 2019 deck is a good start for the descent into madness. But what if you want to go deeper? Let this deck list give you a hand with a mad deck upgrade.

The deck maintains a reasonable percentage of madness cards without going overboard, avoiding subpar choices.

There are cards that trigger off of discarding/drawing and alternative discard outlets. If you ever need a hand refresh, a few wheel effects are also in the deck.

With all the drawing and discarding, there are a few cards that reanimate creatures as well as a few potential juicy targets.

Either drain your opponents' life slowly via discard/draw triggers or finish them quickly with reanimated monsters!
