It's a discard deck, plain and simple. It revolves around putting a bunch of enchantments and creatures down that have neat effects for whenever your opponent discards a card - which will hopefully be often.

Sure, lore-wise you're wiping your friends' memories of their spells, but hey, at least you're getting ahead, right?
