activate Memnarch abilities by creating infinite mana to steal your opponent's permanents.

activate Grand Architect ability by turning Pili-Pala into a blue creature, tap pili-pala for two mana and use that two mana to untap it generating blue, repeat for infinite blue mana.

imprint Dramatic Reversal under Isochron Scepter + any mana rocks including Commander's Sphere to create infinite blue mana.

Bound Deadeye Navigator with Peregrine Drake activate navigators ability to exile the drake and in response to the enter the battlefield effect tap your lands for mana and then it untaps 5 lands, rinse repeat you get infinite blue mana.

with infinite mana you can steal your opponent's permanents or turn everything into artifacts, have Darksteel Forge on the battlefield as well as Nevinyrral's Disk and activate it to destroy your opponent's permanents.

If that's not enough Mindslaver + Academy Ruins to keep taking someone's turn.
