This is a pretty standard U/R control deck built to abuse Melek's copying ability to slowly out-value opponents while protecting the few creatures I do have with uncounterable counterspells.

Win Conditions:

1) Slowly generate value with Talrand, The Sky Summoner or Young Pyromancer, countering any board disruption until you reach a critical mass of tokens and begin beating face.

2) Play reactively without making enemies until late game when you can get there with a few Reverberate, Twincast copies of Prophetic Bolt

3) Swinging for lethal with Runechanter's Pike
