A few combos in the deck: Nest of Scarabs can replace Hapatra in combos as well Blowfly Infestation + Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons + ANY x/1 is infinite deaths, etbs. Obelisk spider + other blood artist effects infinite drain/damage. Devoted Druid + Quillspike = infinite power, infinite counters being placed. W/ Hapatra is infinite tokens. Spider is infinite drain.

Ivy Lane Denizen + Viscera Seer +Persist= infinte etb and death triggers. If it is Woodfall Primus, infinite etb is destroying all non land percents opponents control. With a Blood Artist effect, infinite drain/damage.
