A Master of Cruelties based affordable competitive deck.

The combo of 4 Liliana Vess , 2 Diabolic Tutor , along with the 4 Master of Cruelties guarantees you will get out the master at least by turn 6. I’ve tested it out plenty of times, and as long as I’m still alive, he will get out.

Goblin Tunneler , Whispersilk Cloak , and Rogue's Passage all make sure he will do his thing. Also hexproof.

Liliana Vess ’s ultimate along with Chandra's Ignition (use a death touch for board wipe) are 2 other win conditions. The rest of my creatures are there for defense to delay the game.

Then finish off your opponent with Lightning Bolt or Shock . Or by tapping Thermo-Alchemist .
