Trying to brew for different formats! Locals is having some Pioneer events coming up soon, so I wanted to try my hand a brewing!

This deck has gone through a lot of revision, and I'm struggling to find a particular direction to go with. Initially, I was doing a Mardu Knight Tribal deck, but it's slowly shifted to more of a human tribal deck. The deck aims to take advantage of first strike and death touch. I played a lot of Lurking Deadeye in standard limited and a Call of the Death-Dwellered Helica Glider for a VERY scary Nightmare first strike deathtouch flying menace squirrel! I also like the idea of being able to hard cast Void Beckoner later on in the game as an 8/8 deathtouch that can also give deathtouch at instant speed, but not sure if it fits this decks bill!

Looking for feedback and potential cuts, I'm thinking it's quite light on removal. Also sideboard needs some tlc! First time trying to play pioneer so any tips y'all have are welcome! Also maybe budget cuts/suggestions? Some of the 1 ofs in the deck I already have in my binders/commander decks, but open to getting some slightly more expensive stuff if I end up enjoying the deck!
