I think Rakdos Arcanist a very cool deck in Historic, but I don't play MTGA (I'm a oldschool IRL paper player), so I've decided to create something similar on Modern, but with some adaptation. In my opinion, Rakdos Arcanist relies on three things: specific sinergies, graveyard strategy and a sacrifice package. Midrange decks in Modern try to avoid dependancy on specific sinergies and maybe we have to aim a more consistent gameplay. Besides that, graveyard hate is common and the sacrifice strategy could be dangerous and inconsistent. That's why I came up with this Mardu Arcanist list without Stitchers Supplier, Kroxa and 4 Village Rites. Actually, this deck is quite different from Historic Rakdos Arcanist, definetely it's not a graveyard/sacrifice centric strategy, but I still think it'd be fun to pilot. My doubts were keeping or not the Young Pyromancers, and adding or not Stoneforge Mystic. So why not include both of them?

Special considerations:

Giver of Runes - DHA, SFM and YP must stick on board to do their jobs, but are very fragile to removal. Maybe Giver is the best tool we have to protect our two drops in instant speed.

Skelemental - Our surprise wincon, dealing 6 damage out of nowhere and disrupting at the same time. With Rakdos Arcanist in mind, Skelemental is the substitute for Kroxa in that shell.

Kcommand and Kguile - DHA equipped with Maul of Skyclaves can cast these grindy spells for free!

Sideboard - I'm trying to figure out the mainboard first, but Blood Moon is guaranteed.

Maybeboard - I really would like to find slots for Vanishing Verse and Thrilling Discovery from Strixhaven in the Mainboard.
