Notable Exclusions Category Added —July 2, 2017

I've added a notable exclusions section to remind myself (and commenters) of cards I've already tried or considered.

Also made a few more minor changes:

Exsanguinate ---> Master of Cruelties: Exsanguinate kinda felt jammed in here. This isn't a big mana deck so I could never cast it for a ton. Plus I don't like the idea of jamming Exsanguinate into every black deck I have. Master of Cruelties fits two spots: rattlesnake and win condition. It's far more on theme.

Martyr's Bond ---> Boros Charm: Martyr's Bond performed ok but at 6 mana it was a little pricey for what it did. Boros Charm is intended to fill that spot of protecting my permanents. Plus its modal flexibility is nice.

Crackling Doom ---> Terminus: Sooo I almost immediately regretted my decision to cut my boardwipes back to 3. My meta is filled with decks that build up quickly. Sometimes I just need to hit the panic button. Graveyard zombie strategies are rampant in my meta right now so I want another boardwipe that DOESN'T send creatures to the grave. I see Terminus as a less good Hallowed Burial due to casting one more (paying its miracle cost is indeed a miracle in how rare it happens). Still, it bypasses the grave. Poor Crackling Doom. It's in and out of this deck so frequently. I have such mixed feeling about it.
