Snake tribal just because.

Polymorphist's Jest turn your opponents creatures into delicious meals for your slithering friends

Kiora, the Crashing Wave it's there because i like to put Planeswalkers in my decks, and since Vraska the Unseen don't have the right colors, i thought that Kiora is the closest fit. also help with Draw/Ramp in case we're not aiming for her sweet ultimate.

if you want to go deep into the flavor, you can swap some lands for Flooded Grove since serpents. kinda pricey though.

Suggestions

Updates Add

Swap 1 Kiora, the Crashing Wave for 1 Nissa, Steward of Elements because I freaking love Nissa. She's the best planeswalker ever. FIGHT ME!

Rhona's Last Stand seems good to this deck. Not untaping lands can be trickier but a 5/4 for 2 mana is undeniably good.
