The goal of this deck is to play huge spells and then cascade into copy effects, creating massive value (when it works). I'm sure it could be tuned to hit into a win off cascade every time, but I find a combo that works every game to not play too fun in commander. No tutors for the same reason. The decklist is subject to change, and advice is welcome.

We can't run traditional boardwipes, as cascading into a Damnation and blowing up our own commander is rough. Blasphemous Act should be high enough CMC to avoid most of our cascades, and In Garruk's Wake is one sided. As a note, we can still pay life into the x of Toxic Deluge even if we cascade into it.

infinite combo with Witherbloom Apprentice/Professor Onyx/Ral, Storm Conduit + Teach by Example + Fork

Also, if an opponent has 7 cards in hand, we can cast Jeska's Will with our commander out and Reiterate it with buyback, exiling our entire library and making infinite red mana, than casting some combination of Arcane Signet or Chromatic Lantern to make colored mana and Thassa's Oracle ftw. If an opponent has only 6 cards in hand or we dont have our commander out, we can choose the mana mode of Jeska's Will and Reiterate it with buyback for infinite magecraft triggers
