The ultimate goal of this deck is to get an Avacyn, Angel of Hope and a Platinum Emperion out on the battlefield together and hopefully kill the opponent before they exile one of them. Iona, Shield of Emeria can be reanimated to further lock the opponent out of the game. Use Gifts Ungiven to search out a fattie and an Unburial Rites and have your opponent put both in the graveyard, then reanimate the creature the turn after. Madcap Experiment is there to get a Platinum Emperion immediately, but Emperion can also be a reanimation target.

Baral, Chief of Compliance and Goblin Electromancer speed up the process, making it possible to have a Platinum Emperion out on turn 3 or one of the other two fatties on turn 4 (assuming you used Gifts to get them on your opponent's turn). Serum Visions digs for the cards you need, Faithless Looting filters and also can be a way to discard a dead Platinum Emperion in hand. Inquisition of Kozilek , Thoughtseize , Mana Leak , and Lightning Bolt to protect and remove things.

This deck can actually be made decently budget by getting some less expensive fatties, like Woodfall Primus , Linvala, the Preserver , Terastodon , Angel of Despair , or whatever you want really. Getting rid of the discard and focusing on the UR part of the deck will put less strain on the mana and also cuts a lot of the cost of the deck off. Peer Through Depths is a good cantrip, and you could also play land destruction if you really wanted to.
