Addedd Boil and Tectonic Instability over Ruination and Chance for Glory.
Both cards increase defense against control, blue-based decks. Boil removes island instead of removing your own lands - which is often the case as well as a problem given Velomachus' high mana cost (especially after commander tax is applied). Tectonic Instability forces your opponents either not to play lands (which is unlikely) or to play lands and being tapped out (mana rocks aside). It is especially valuable against counter decks, which are the main problem vs. Velomachus.
Ruination has been less effective than expected, especially considering that the deck runs many non-basic lands, and has often counterproductive effects.
Chance for Glory is a type of card to play 1x in your deck. Considering the recent addition of Final Fortune, which has lower cmc and only red mana to cast, it has been removed as it superfluous.
