A budget Lulu, Loyal Hollyphant deck. I am using tons of flicker effects to trigger Lulu, and vehicles to tap down my creatures so they get big. Any suggestions appreciated. More of a budget deck, the more expensive cards I already have, but anything you think would fit in really well let me know what and what to get rid of for it!
