My latest deck! I know it is very meh, but it definitely has some win conditions. It is specifically rotation-safe (is it a bit early to worry about that? Perhaps, lol).

Augmenter Pugilist   is one of our win conditions. When one combines it with 8 lands, or the other half of the same card, things could get messy.

Charge Through is a supporting card that helps us win, too, but it is not at all the win condition. If we do not have a Augmenter Pugilist  , it becomes more important.

Double Major lets us cheat out cards with cool effects, like Zimone, Quandrix Prodigy or Kelpie Guide

Eureka Moment is a ramp card, and this deck is a ramp one by nature. The goal is to get to 8+ lands as fast as possible. So we can cast the win conditions.

Exponential Growth is the main win-con. Once we have 8 lands, this sorcery lets us double a creature's power 3 times. On the Augmenter Pugilist  , this becomes 64 power. It already has trample. But this also is meant for Vortex Runner , who can't even be blocked. It would only go up to a 24, but that is still a huge number.

Kelpie Guide is underrated in my opinion, as it lets us untap any permanent. Land, Creature, etc. This is meant mostly for lands and Zimone, Quandrix Prodigy .

Quandrix Command is pretty solid, it will be used mostly for its 2nd and 4th values but the rest work too. If we lose all of our win-cons, we can draw them again with the 4th choice. The second one lets us get rid of nasties like Banishing Light . The 1st one could be useful, as could the 3rd, but not as integral to our strategy.

Scale the Heights is another ramp card.

Symmetry Sage is a potential 2/2 for 1 blue, a total win, and it flies.

Vastwood Surge is not as good a Migration Path , I know, but it is rotation-proof.

Vortex Runner , if I am playing it right, is able to be unlockable. Sadly it dies to most high-up red removal, like the rest of this deck.

Whirlwind Denial fixes most of that. It's my favorite counter-spell, although arguably Negate could work in it's place.

Zimone, Quandrix Prodigy gives us a lot of land, particularly if we have more than one of her on the board at a time.

That's about it, I'm open to sideboard suggestions. Note that I am on a budget.
