equip the kobold and go fast. Use Rebbec to protect the equipments. Some other creatures are also here to bring more equipments to the battlefield and some other are here because they have nice text lines. There are 2 enchantments that should be powerhouses, sigarda's aid and the other one that gives protection against creatures. One of the best equipment is dowsing dagger as it should be able to transform fairly quickly and add a lot of mana. There also is a lot of ramp just in case.

It is a homebrew with the cards I had laying around so it is not optimal but it's already a strong base. I welcome any advices but probably won't make changes unless I have the card at my disposition.
