The second i saw her spoiled i couldn't resist tinkering with her as Izzet was the first deck i ever played outside of a casual format. I've been waiting for a long time for an edh commander Guttersnipe and Young Pyromancer would work with and here she is. I'm trying to avoid things over $10 unless they are needed. The idea of this deck is to go infinite by exploiting spell reductions and usually combos off if uninterrupted by turn 6-7. That is if Sol Ring doesn't get Mizzix out earlier.

If you want to make this less budget Snapcaster Mage, Cryptic Command, Pact of Negation and Force of Will all help a lot.
