Newish to magic and edh specifically, looking for some help in finding budget options and smoothing out the curve. Trying to keep the deck as cheap as possible while remaining competitive as my play-group is semi-budget. If I'm missing cards that you think will be good be sure to let me know.

The idea of the deck is to gain life and play the control game until I can get Aetherflux Reservoir online. Win condition is Aetherflux Reservoir or Felidar Sovereign. Not interested in utilizing either piece of the Sanguine Bond Exquisite Blood infinite combo, to maintain a friendly environment. Interested in alternative win conditions.
