The goal is to have many instances of gaining life to trigger Dina's ability multiple times. Lots of ways to make tokens to use as sacrifice fodder to gain life and possibly draw cards. Decent amount of getting stuff back from your graveyard too. Not running Exquisite Blood because it's an expensive card and 2-card/infinite combos are boring and a cheap way to win.
