Ah, Greven. My first semi-competitive deck built exclusively to kill those combo players at my LGS around turn 4 or 5. We want to use fast mana acceleration to get Greven out as early as turn 2, turning on our life draining, card drawing engine on as soon as possible.

Our Plan of Attack - Attack

Commander damage is our primary win-con. This requires self life drain and evasion, Vorrac Battlehorns and Hex Parasite are our most mana-efficient options. Attack soon and attack often.

Plan B: Combo with Greven and cards like Essence Harvest or Chandra's Ignition.

Weaknesses & How to Combat Them

This is a voltron strategy, so it's initially weaker than other combo decks, but we lack in power we make up in speed. The issue with basing a deck winning around it's commander is the inevitability of removal. Once Greven is removed for the first time (and he will be) use the next few turns setting up for another explosive attack, all the while leaving up mana to fuel our vast interaction this deck packs.
