Deck focuses on using small lifegain spikes to reduce Licia's cost replaying her again and again, then some "I have more life than you" shenanigans to win. Deck has a surprisingly high winrate despite being just something I play for fun.

The deck goes mostly in two directions: gaining a large amount of life on a single turn to reduce Licia's cost repeatedly and then taking advantage of her lifelinking to win via commander damage or other life manipulation. My deck is a little low on ramp but really every lifegain spell can count for ramp when it comes to playing Licia again and again.
