This deck is built around the mechanics of Lich's Mastery. Once this deck gets going, you'll find yourself drawing your whole deck and shrugging off 'lose the game' triggers like it's nothing. You basically turn into a god.

The commanders were chosen for colour identity and card draw. This helps for finding Lich's Mastery. There's also Enlightened Tutor, Diabolic Tutor, Netherborn Phalanx and other draw to dig it out.

Stifle can be a pretty important card in this deck. It stops the 'lose the game' trigger from Lich's Mastery if someone plays Bane of Progress or something like that. It also can stop the trigger that makes you exile your stuff when you lose life.

Some combos that are possible with Lich's Mastery out:

Elite Arcanist + Final Fortune = Infinite turns. (Isochron Scepter is better but I despise that card, so I try not to play it)
Alhammarret's Archive = When you gain life, gain twice that much and draw twice THAT many cards. 5 life = 20 cards.
Intervention Pact = Save yourself some damage and draw some cards, with no need to pay the upkeep trigger. Pact of Negation is also good.
Words of Worship = When you draw a card, you can pay 1 to draw 4 more cards. You can do this as many times as you like.

So what do you do with your deck in your hand?
Skirge Familiar can help.
Discard all but Alhammarret's Archive, Elixir of Immortality and Exsanguinate.
You should probably have at least 50 mana. Play the Elixir and the Archive.
Cast Exsanguinate with X=40. After it resolves, you have a trigger to draw at least 120 cards because of the Archive.
Respond to the trigger by shuffling your graveyard (including Exsanguinate) into your library.
Draw your whole deck again.
Repeat.
