BIG CHANGE!!!
Okay, maybe not BUT I re-added Torrential Gearhulk again!! With the inclusion of so much other card advantage, Prognostic Sphinx felt like overkill, and- even though I still lack Cryptic Command- I now feel I have enough instants that Torrential Gearhulk will always be able to flash something useful.
On a smaller note, I also switched out one Plains for one Island to match my lands-to-spells color ratio a little better.

Rest in Peace, Blessed Alliance, and Wrath of God are all good sideboard cards as are Negate, Dispel, Disdainful Stroke, and Ceremonious Rejection.
