Legacy is about a lot of things; however, being budget friendly is not a regular occurrence of the format. Overall legacy can be very inaccessible and this list aims to change that. The plan is to craft the graveyard and enable Dragon's Rage Channeler and Magatic Channeler to beat face backed up with reach by burn spells. This deck can also rush out Chandra's Incinerator with delayed damage from Rift Bolt and Seal of Fire. Lava Dart, Tarfire and Fireblast help fuel the delirium requirements and Simian Spirit Guide is an easy pitch to looting while also giving the deck a slight power boost with accelerated mana. This deck is not the prowess blitz deck were all tired of seeing, but this build can still lose to Chalice of the Void. The deck is strictly better without a budget but for around 100 dollars it's a fun brew to start your legacy journey.
