My own take on Lantern Control, featuring a little black and a splash of green.

The basic idea is to use Lantern of Insight and Codex Shredder, along with Inquisition of Kozilek and Thoughtseize to filter out your opponent's useful draws. Chalice of the Void, Ensnaring Bridge and Damnation provide another formidable layer of defense and Ancient Stirrings and Urza's Saga are there for card draw. There's also a ton of toolbox artifacts that you can tutor up.

Win condition is normally accumulated poison counters from Inkmoth Nexus and Karn's Bastion, though creature tokens from Urza's Saga can get you there as well and milling your opponent out isn't out of the question.

The sideboard lets you lean into whichever useful artifacts might be appropriate for the match-up along with Surgical Extraction to wreck combo decks.
