The first pack of Innistrad I ever opened had Laboratory Maniac as the rare. I saw that and tried to figure out a way to make this a playable deck. Vintage would be the easiest, but I'd love to think of a way to do this for Commander or Modern. It's mostly Black/Blue with some white, red and green.

I'm still open to ideas. There's room for improvement and make it faster. This is also a BUDGET Vintage Deck, I MIGHT be willing to do a Time Vault/Voltaic Key combo. But I'm not 100% sure about that. Still open to ideas and improvements.
