This is a Simic +1/+1 Counters Deck with a lot of Merfolk. The Main Combo in this deck is Kiora's Follower + Seekers of Skybreak + Illusionist's Bracers for infinite untaps, but you should be able to get Merfolk out fast, pump them up and try and make them unblockable, or maybe kill opponents with Commander damage through Kumena himself!
