When I saw Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger, I knew I had to build a Commander deck based on replaying it almost every turn. Plus, it was a great opportunity for me to explore the {B}{R} color combination which was outside of my typical color combination. Hope you enjoy!

DECK OBJECTIVES

1- Use asymetrical discard triggers to rapidly empty my opponents hands to gain advantage
2- Reanimate Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger as many times as possible in early turns to fit objective ''1''
3- Punish my opponents for discarding cards and/or having no cards in hands
4- HaveWorldgorger Dragon's infinite combo as possible wincon, without optimizing it's usage with tutors

COMBO

Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger + Animate Dead + Worldgorger Dragon allows for infinite Kroxa triggers which punishes opponents for empty hands, thus giving infinite damage.

UPDATES

04/04/2024 Replaced Lavaborn Muse, Sundial of the Infinite, Bloodletter of Aclazotz and Chromatic Lantern by Underworld Breach, Hopeless Nightmare, Rakdos Signet and Bitter Triumph to reduce average CMC (2.56 to 2.42) and accentuate the Kroxa reanimation strategy. Also removed Sulfurous Mire and changed to added SWAMP because ''enter the battlefield tapped'' lands suck.

PILOTING THE DECK

OPENING HAND
Ideally have a hand that has 3 lands, a 2 CMC or less creature and a reanimator spell for Kroxa.
GENERAL PACING OF DECK
This type of ''oppressive'' deck isn't for everyone. The idea is to force several Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger triggers in the first few turns to gain significant cards in hand advantage over our opponents and somewhat ''stalemate'' the game. Then play enablers cards to accentuate damage.
