The Deck Design...
Goblins are a cheap bunch who knows how to have fun! Be cheap. Be fun!
The Game Plan...
...is simple: Keep a fast hand, destroy opponent's mana rocks early, destroy Stax artifacts, combo-off as quickly as possible. Feel free to tune this deck according to your playgroup's meta, with these tips.
- Krenko can do well even if he's the only goblin in the deck, so don't bother adding cards that solely create goblins or increase goblins' damage.
- Cards that deal 1-time damage based on creature-count are situational and does not help when you are behind.
- If your playgroup runs combos with small creatures (e.g. Elves), punish them with split-removal such as Violent Eruption, for maximum card advantage.
- Don't pack the deck to win without interaction. A timely Lightning Bolt or Sudden Shock can often save the game.
Combo 1: "Krenko-death-untap"
Krenko, Mob Boss + Thornbite Staff + "any sac outlet" (Goblin Bombardment/ Skirk Prospector/ Phyrexian Altar/ Ashnod's Altar/ Goblin Chirurgeon/ Goblin Trashmaster/ Thermopod = Infinite tokens
- Activate Krenko, create tokens, sacrifice a token to untap Krenko. Repeat until opponents pack their decks.
Combo 2: "Krenko-mana-untap"
Krenko, Mob Boss + (Umbral Mantle/ Staff of Domination/ Sword of the Paruns) + "mana sac-outlet" (Skirk Prospector/ Phyrexian Altar/ Ashnod's Altar/ Thermopod + "3 other goblins" = Infinite tokens + Infinite Mana
- Activate Krenko, create at least 4 tokens, sacrifice 3 tokens for mana to untap Krenko. Repeat until Liliana returns my call.
- With Ashnod's Altar, you only need "1 other goblin" to start the combo.
Combo 3: "Krenko-Cloudstone-recast"
Krenko, Mob Boss + Cloudstone Curio + "Haste-enabler" + "red-mana sac-outlet" (Skirk Prospector/ Phyrexian Altar/ Thermopod + "4 other goblins" = (see below)
- Activate Krenko, create at least 5 tokens, sacrifice 4 tokens for mana to recast Krenko. Repeat until opponent flips the table.
- Goblin-count more than 4: Infinite tokens, infinite ETB triggers & infinite "dies" triggers.
- Goblin-count equals 4: Infinite ETB & infinite "dies" triggers.
- Goblin-count less than 4: Does not work.
Combo 4: "Kiki-Crafter++"
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Lightning Crafter = Infinite tokens ETB & "dies" triggers.
- Activate Kiki, create Lightning Crafter token, champion Kiki, activate token to kill itself, Kiki returns untapped. Repeat until the cows come home.
- With Ashnod's Altar, you only need "1 other goblin" to start the combo.
Combo 5: "Kiki-Conscripts"
Zealous Conscripts + Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker = Infinite Zealous Conscripts with haste, infinite ETB triggers.
- Activate Kiki to create Zealous Conscripts token, gain control and untap Kiki. Repeat until the elves grow taller.
- With Ashnod's Altar, you only need "1 other goblin" to start the combo.
Combo 6: "Kiki-Thornbite-Fanatic"
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Thornbite Staff + Mogg Fanatic = Infinite ETB+Death triggers. Infinite ping to creatures and players.
- Equip staff on Kiki, activate kiki to create Fanatic token, sacrifice token to shoot something, untap Kiki. Machine-gun everything until no one is left standing... no one.
Combo 7: "Basilisk-Sharpshooter"
Goblin Sharpshooter + Basilisk Collar = Infinite 1-shot-1-kill to creatures without indestructible.
UPGRADE: Equip Thornbite Staff on Goblin Sharpshooter to add 1 damage to player for each creature killed.
Combo 8: "Krenko-Aggravated-Assault"
Krenko, Mob Boss + Aggravated Assault + "red-mana sac-outlet" (Skirk Prospector/ Phyrexian Altar) = Infinite tokens + Infinite Mana
- No need for combat. Just activate Krenko, sacrifice 5 tokens for mana, repeat.
Combo 9: "Recruiter-Charbelcher" for fun & laughter! :D
Goblin Recruiter + Goblin Charbelcher = stack >20 goblins on top of library, start chanting "mountain... mountain... mountain..." :D
Combo 10: "Who cares about commander tax?" (contribution by: "Radiation_leper")
Krenko, Mob Boss + "mana sac-outlet" (Skirk Prospector/ Phyrexian Altar/ Thermopod + "6 other goblins" + "haste-enabler" = Infinite tokens + Infinite Mana
- Activate Krenko, create at least 7 tokens, sacrifice Krenko and 5 tokens for 6 mana to recast Krenko. Activate Krenko to create 18 tokens, sacrifice Krenko and 7 tokens for 8 mana to recast Krenko. Repeat until the Merfolks turn golden-brown on both sides.

Other than Goblin Sharpshooter, Basilisk Collar works well with any of these...
Synergy 13: "Bring a Swiss-Army Goatnapper!"
Add a few of these "theft" cards for special utility: Wrangle, Act of Treason, Hijack, Frenzied Fugue, Kari Zev's Expertise, Besmirch, Mark of Mutiny, Traitorous Blood, Harness by Force, Threaten, and not forgetting Zealous Conscripts. For Auntie's sake, not the Goatnapper!
Swiss-Army-style Utilities:
1. Untap your own Krenko - this helps the "insufficient goblins to start combo" problem.
2. Give Krenko haste - when you really need to combo-off this turn.
3. Steal a big threat from your opponent and attack with their own poison.
4. Steal an indestructible threat from your opponent and sacrifice it with your many sac-outlets.
5. Did I mention untapping Krenko?
Abusing Infinite (or just many) ETB triggers
When unable to kill opponents by combat, due to through prison/stax/bridge:

- Goblin Matron = search for Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, copy Matron, followed by Lightning Crafter, Skirk Prospector.
- Goblin Recruiter = search for Goblin Ringleader, Goblin Warchief, Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Lightning Crafter, Skirk Prospector.
- Moggcatcher = search for Goblin Recruiter (see above) or (with 4RRRR mana) Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, copy Moggcather, followed by Lightning Crafter, Skirk Prospector.
- Gamble = Anything! Search on Turn 1 for zero-CMC mana rocks; Late-game, search for combo-pieces or answers: Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx (Fireball!), Blasphemous Act, Mizzium Mortars (vs elves).
- Chaos Warp (vs enchantment), Unstable Obelisk (vs enchantment).

Sword of Feast and Famine + Aggravated Assault on a creature + lands for 3RR mana = Infinite attacks, opponent discards hand.
- The sword carrier must deal combat damage to player. Works best against Green or Black blockers.
- Add Krenko: untap and activate Krenko X number of times equivalent to the life-total of the open player divided by power-of-1-goblin+2 (similar to Combo 4)
Removed: "Krenko-Breath" (not infinite)
Krenko, Mob Boss + Breath of Fury + any mass-haste-enabler + one other goblin = many attack phases + a lot of tokens
- Works best in multi-player, where there is an opponent/ally with no blockers (or choose not to block). Activate Krenko, send one goblin with Breath of Fury to the "open" player, and the rest to your opponents. After Damage Step, sacrifice the goblin, re-attached, untap Krenko and others, activate Krenko, repeat.
- If you are starting with very little goblins and the opponents have a few blockers (e.g. only Krenko and 1 other goblin), activate Krenko to produce two tokens (now goblin-count=4). Attack the "open" player with only one goblin carrying Breath of Fury just to untap Krenko. After the sac-and-reattach (now goblin-count=3), activate Krenko (now goblin-count=6). Basically, the number of time you can untap Krenko is equivalent to the life-total of the open player divided by power-of-1-goblin (e.g. 40 / 1 = 40 times)
- Always kill opponents with the least blockers first, to keep casualties low early in the chain (higher goblin-count to multiply).
- Always kill opponents with zero blockers last, to ensure maximum number of untaps/combat phases.
- Does not work if Krenko is alone (goblin-count = 1).
