Oops, removed Elbrus, the Binding Blade  Flip because it's black and not legal here. Swapped it out for Herald's Horn, which is more pricey than I'd like but seems real good for this deck

There's a reason that those other decks are mostly running equipment, since you can re equip it if the creature dies. That doesn't make enchantments bad at all, there's just more synergy with a lot of existing cats.

I'd suggest cutting the token theme, since it's much slower to get up and running compared to dropping a few weak creatures and pumping them up. You may consider trying to lower the curve a little bit and include more low cost creatures and buffs. If you have a 1/1 and can give it +3/+x, with enough to activate Arahbo, you are suddenly dealing 8 damage with just that 1/1 creature. Sure, casting something like Phantom Nishoba and doubling it's power does work, but not until you've spent 5-7 turns building up mana.

You should have a Sol Ring in every EDH deck. It's too good, and too cheap compared to something like Privileged Position . I'd also cut Blanchwood Armor , Ajani's Aid (since you don't have the card it references, it's not much more than a Fog your opponent knows about), and most of your higher CMC cards.

Seht's Tiger is a very solid cat, it's not often you'll find what is basically a counter spell in white. Also add in Temur Sabertooth . That can not only save some decent creatures, but also make a strong attacker, and let you recast things with ETB effects.

Thanks for tips lordnathan21! That all makes a lot of sense. And yeah I'll probably forget the tokens and get some more cheap kitties in there. I was kinda overlooking Arahbo's second ability.

Good call on Ajani's Aid ! I originally had Ajani, Valiant Protector in there. I'll either cut both, or possibly swap Vivien for Ajani, Valiant Protector ...

I would probably skip Ajani, Valiant Protector . Of the versions, I'd go with Ajani, Adversary of Tyrants or Ajani, Mentor of Heroes . I wouldn't have too many walkers in there though, it seems to be an aggro deck first, it won't hold up long enough to get tons of value out of them.

A few other recommendations while I have some spare time

Remember that with double strike, Arahbo's +3/+3 effectively becomes +6/+6.

Thanks again for all the help! I ditched the token idea, got most of your suggested cats in, and brought the curve down a bit. My main concern now is I feel like I got too many creatures and not enough equipment, so I'm gonna start swapping some of the more expensive cats for gear...

I also wouldn't mind having a board wipe in there. I'm not sure how important that is with an aggro deck like this, but having a way to clear all creatures and keep my equipment on the battlefield seems like a reasonable idea.

Creature Removal will certainly be tricky to balance in a creature heavy deck. I'd look into a little bit of card draw, since you'll be playing some cheaper creatures, you'll need to replenish your hand a bit to be prepared for rebuilding a board state.

But really, the list is looking pretty good! You'll be able to sort it out even further as you play it and pull out the cards you notice tend to be dead draws.
