The goal of the deck is to run fragile, high value creatures under kira's protection.

Cipher works really well w/ Kira because she has evasion, ciphering doesn't target, and she has natural protection. subtheme of clones and theft, along with a control shell of mass bounce and counterspells to prevent combo decks from going off and to further cement your lead by countering board wipes.

another subtheme is spell recursion and copy effects.

The deck is pretty good at going under the radar early on as you ramp and selectively bounce/counter, but you become archenemy as soon as players know what you're up to and start stealing commanders.

Win cons include docent of perfection (for the wizard subtheme), stormtide leviathan, and late game creature beats after your opponents have exhausted their hands while your (stolen and cloned) board state is too overwhelming and difficult to interact with.
